You may pay by personal check, traveler's checks, or cash (we do not accept credit cards). A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due upon departure of your trip. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Our receipt of your deposit implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Please let us know about any special dietary needs that anyone in your party might have. Also, alcohol cannot be purchased on the Crow tribal reservation, so plan accordingly.

Pets Policy: To ensure our guest's comfort, we request that pets be kenneled in the rooms at all times. If you do not have a kennel, we can provide one for you.
