We think accessibility is important. We want anyone and everyone, regardless of capabilites, to enjoy our site and our services. That's why we've made our site and facilities accessible for all.

The marks under our links are 'accesskey' indicators that help folks who use a keyboard instead of a mouse to access the various pages of our website. Give them a try: For FireFox and other modern browsers (except Opera), just hit ALT + the underlined letter to switch pages. For Internet Explorer, use ALT + letter, then ENTER to switch pages.

Use the 'top' links at the bottom of paragraphs or pages to return you to the top of the page. You can also simply use the keyboard shortcut 'HOME' key to return to the page top. You may choose to learn all the keyboard shortcuts for your particular browser if you like keeping your fingers on the keyboard instead of reaching for the mouse: Internet Explorer shortcuts; FireFox/Mozilla shortcuts.

You can also change the font-size on our site using the 'A' and 'A' tags in the upper right of all pages. 'A' is 45% larger than 'A', our default font-size. If you've chosen to turn off Javascript in your browser, you can still change the font-size larger. Here's how:

For Firefox,
• hold down the CTRL key and scroll your mousewheel back for larger, forward for smaller, or
• hold down CTRL and + (plus) for larger, - (minus) for smaller, or
• click on View in the top toolbar, then Font-size to adjust.
For Internet Explorer,
• click on View in top toolbar, then Font-size to adjust.
For Opera,
• hold down CTRL and scroll your mousewheel back for larger, forward for smaller, or
• hit + (plus) once to increase by 10%; hit - (minus) once to decrease by 10%, or
• click on View in top toolbar, then Zoom to adjust.

For the visually-impaired: You're probably using some sort of screen magnifier or magnification software already; this technique is intended for those who have gained the widsom of increased age as well as a certain weakness of eye.

We've also chosen to make our pages 'elastic'; that is, flexible in all dimensions so they look relatively the same in all browser window sizes from 800x600 pixels to 1280x1024 pixels. If you're lucky enough to have a huge modern 16-9 theater-aspect monitor, our pages will probably look a little strange at XX-wide, but we've targeted the majority of users sizes.
